Journey to Quitting
Today is August 17, 2011 Wednesday.
As I am typing this words, I am having the urge of lighting a cigarette. hmmm...
Just this Saturday, a friend told me, she has not been smoking for 2 weeks now..
And on this day, my other friend told me she has stopped smoking..
Does this leave me with a decision that i ought made earlier before?
This journey should be planned..
Heregoes.
On August 22, 2011, I will start my journey.
First Week - 5 sticks a day
Second Week - 3 sticks a day
Third Week - 1 stick a day
Fourth Week - 1 stick every other day
Fifth Week - sticks no more
I accept the fact that this journey will be a tough one. It will be very challenging for me to quit this habit.
But I know of one thing, this is not impossible.
